On tap at 5e Baron, pours jet black with a small light brown head. Aroma brings reveals plenty of dark chocolate and medium roasted malt. Flavour is very rich, with intense roasted malt and a heap of bitter dark chocolate, almost like they melted a 99% dark chocolate bar in here. There's little residual sweetness, not a light of cocoa bitterness. Rich and oily palate. As with all the BIB versions I've tried, this is different/unique, and one of the better ones. Good, though a bit too harsh and jagged to quite be “excellent”.

On tap at 5e Baron, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals piney hops, some spicy hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp and assertive, with lots of crisp piney hops, assertive bitterness, and crisp biscuity malt. Really nice use of the hops, with a nicely amplified bitterness on the finish. Some rough edges, but it's well made.

On tap at 5e Baron, pours an opaque golden orange, with no head, almost like orange juice. Aroma brings out lots of tamarind, intense citrus, a little salt, and plenty of lacto. Flavour is tart and citric, with lots of orange, tamarind, moderate tartness, light salt, and some lacto. Juicy, citric and balanced. Pretty solidly made gose, and nice use of the tamarind.

On tap at 5e Baron, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Nose is grassy and crisp, with a nice grassy hop character, followed by straw and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has a great grassy hop punch to it, with gentle spiciness, and crisp biscuity malt. It has a tad herbal character to it. Crisp and grassy, but could be crisper. Good.
