Can: Poured a cloudy pale-yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with nice floral undertones notes is quite nice. Taste is a good mix of citrusy hops notes with some floral undertones with a dry finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Solid pale with nice hops presence and good drinkability.

Can: Poured an amber color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with light resinous notes is quite enticing. Taste is a nice mix of citrusy hops notes with some resinous notes with some bitterness and some malt notes also perceptible. Body is about average with good carbonation. Easy drinking IPA with right level of bitterness.

A hazed golden yellow ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, tropical fruit, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with tropical fruits, light mineral notes, resinous floral hops, light dank notes, very nice.

Au nez, des agrumes aux allures de pamplemousse, conifères aux notes d’aiguilles de pin accompagnées d’une base maltée aux tons de biscuits. Le visuel présente un liquide au doré profond, parfaitement limpide et couvert d’une mousse moyennement petite qui disparait assez rapidement. Entrée de bouche nuancée par les malts biscuités et légèrement miellés, suivi d’une amertume puissante de conifères qui laisse une longue trace en arrière-bouche. Les houblons sont très bien travaillés et nous donnent un fruité aux allures d’orange et de mangue. La finale est plutôt âpre, assez sèche et frise l’astringence. Très bel équilibre des saveurs. Le corps est plus relevé que léger et la carbonatation assez forte pour la rendre très rafraichissante. Son âpreté est cependant un peu trop élevée. Malgré ça, elle demeure une excellente APA.
