Can: Poured a cloudy/hazy yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus hoppy floral undertones with some nice tropical notes is quite enticing. Taste is a great mix of citrusy hops undertones with some juicy hops with some mango notes and some residual sugar notes also discernible. Body is full with limited filtration and great carbonation. Solid NEIPA with great showcase of Sabro hops.

Pamplemousse, fruits tropicaux et conifères sont au programme dans un olfactif puissant avec un fond résineux. Liquide doré et voilé couvert d’une mousse blanche de taille moyenne et plutôt crémeuse. L’entrée de bouche nous présente de beaux conifères s’accompagnant d’un fruité aux notes de pamplemousse. La panoplie de conifères est bien élaborée et s’étale jusqu’en fin de bouche pour nous donner une amertume tranchante à la limite de l’astringence. Corps moyennement léger et effervescence moyennement piquante. Sous-représentation de notes maltées dominées probablement par l’amertume à la limite de l’excessif. Ça plaira aux amateurs. A hazed yellow ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, light mineral notes, light citrus, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous hops, light tropical fruits, very nice. Can from brewery.

Can from the brewery (thanks cousin Chris). Hazy bright yellow colour with a big frothy, soapy lightly off-white head, great retention and full lacing. Mild hoppy nose of fresh grass, light Belgian ale yeast. The taste has the same light notes with decent dryness, tartness in the finish. A pretty nice India Pale Lager with good hoppiness. A nice first try for this brewery... that is so close by.
