Can: Poured a clear golden color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with some residual sugar notes. Taste is a mix of clean cereal notes with some residual sugar notes with a smooth finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. A little bit sweeter than expected but solid interpretation of the style with good refreshing factor.

Un mélange de grains, de pain, d’herbes fraiches et de fleurs nous donne un olfactif puissant et champêtre. Une base maltée plus solide aurait été souhaitable. Une mousse effervescente qui fui rapidement se maintient à peine sur le liquide doré d’une limpidité exemplaire. L’entrée de bouche nous présente une solide amertume herbacée, florale et épicée qui persiste jusqu’en finale. Les saveurs maltées sont plutôt faibles et présentent de subtiles notes de pain. La fin de bouche extrêmement sèche laisse s’étaler verdure et épices pendant de longues secondes. Le corps est moyennement léger sur une texture assez mince et une effervescence piquante. Belle utilisation des houblons Alsaciens qui donnent beaucoup de punch et de complexité. Le support malté déficient m’agace cependant.
