750ml bottle pours out a golden topped with a white head. Nose is a small white head. Nose is nice stone fruit honey sweetness barrel vanilla tartness. Taste is more of the nice stone fruit barrel vanilla and sour funk notes.

750ml bottle pours out a hazy pinkish topped with a white head. Nose is berries some tartness berries and a little sweetness. Taste is more of the nice berries tartness sour notes and a nice sweetness.

On tap at Mostra Anniversary. Pours cloudy yellow with small white head. The aroma is brett, funk, oak. Medium body, peach flesh, apricot, oak, nice tartness, very nice.

750 ml bottle. Good stuff. Big mix of sour fruity flavors and barrel in the aroma. Apricot, plum, lemon, lime, light cheesy funk. Lacto-forward but it’s not a yogurt bomb. Nice depth from the pinot noir barrel in the aroma. Good vinous and oak flavors. A touch of butteriness from the barrel. Pleasant brett character. Fairly tart and dry but still pretty gentle overall and very easy to drink. Soft, light feel. Tasty stuff.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Noam’s place. Thanks Levi. Yellow with a white head. Aroma has funk, yeast, flowers, spiciness, fruitiness, a bit of hops. Slightly sweetish flavor, slightly tart, fruity, earthy, funk, floral, spicy, with a bitterish finish. Medium-bodied. Very good.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, medium off-white head, decent lacing. Aroma is lemony Brett, a hint of acetone and passionfruit. Flavor is dry, light tart, medium clean Bretty funk, lemon and some tropical fruit notes underneath. Light body. Clean and pleasant, a bit lacking in complexity and refinement, but certainly decent.
