The Aromas are those of a traditional European Pilsner, fresh pale malt and hops. Likewise the flavors, a little sweet up front with a lingering bitterness matched with good carbonation and body.

Pale golden colour, fair frothy white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma pilsner malt, grain, grass notes. Taste and aftertaste medium sweet and bitter, malty, cardboard, grain, metallic notes. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation, quite tasteless.

Aroma has caramel and licorice. Almost black color. Licorice and coffee flavors, with just a bit op hops. Thinnish. Lacks the assertiveness of Jever pils, but still a decent beer.

Frothy head, disappearing slowly. Worty aroma. Thin, but fairly hoppy, especially for a light lager. Sweetish and slightly malty. Cabbage flavor. Slightly bitter finish.

Nice, long lasting frothy head. Worty aroma and flavor. Thin, but nicely hopped. Soapy and salty aftertaste. Not bad for a non-alcoholic lager.

Found in the K&K in Nordhorn, must be a beer/lemon mix. Artificial lemon aroma. Lime flavor with an underlying grapefruit bitterness. I can hardly taste any beer, although Jever pils is one of the hoppiest pilseners in Germany. Was has happened to this proud brewery?

The very first batch of 2006 found in the Big Box GetrΓ€nkehalle in Nordhorn. Malty apricot aroma. Hopbitter, very almondy, flowery flavor. malty but dry. Off the beaten maibock track, and an interesting beer.
