Bottle. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, subtle hoppy, yeasty hints. Taste: Malty, grainy, subtle floral hop notes, yeasty notes. Light to moderate bitter, over moderate sweet. Lightly boozy hints. Mwah.

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', best before August 2022. Hazy, golden amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity-floral aroma of vanilla, honey, banana and some clove. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, fruity-grassy, quite yeasty-spicy taste of banana, lemon peel, gooseberry, honey, vanilla and clove, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, fairly dry, slightly grassy and rather yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Lovely Tripel, astonishingly hoppy and dry but also typically yeasty, super refreshing and saturating at the same time. A gem!

Bottle, 4.8%. Distinct coriander aroma. Clear shiny light golden colour. Sparkling. Big fizzy white head, but fairly stable. The flavour has a distinct coriander note with a clean orange peel touch. Refreshing and flavourful. A lot better than I expected considering the style.

Bottle, 4.5%. Citric hop aroma, rough and refreshing. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is citric and funky. Quite dry. Seems infected, but not undrinkable.

Bottle, 6.2%. Good caramelly aroma. Cloudy dark amber colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is malty and caramelly with a good bitterness. Not too high bitterness, though, but a good level.
