Gravity cask @ Conquerer Alehouse, Ramsgate. Clear dark copper with a bubbly head. Traditional ale with pleasant caramels and a gentle bitterness.

Gravity Dispense at the Four Candles, Broadstairs, 03/06/22 (post Ramsgate Bimble with Roger). deep amber with a well presented off white crown that hangs out with you. Nose is malty, dried fruits, toffee, biscuit, crackers, straw. Taste comprises fruit cake, dark malts, toffee, hint of cocoa powder, grains, brown bread, nutty. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light drying close with a bitter edge. Decent bitter.

Nose is citric sherbets, melon, grass, soft malts, papaya. Taste comprises melon, tangerine, citric tinged straw, light breads, grass. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spliced with mellow juice laden hop bitterness. Decent cask sessioner.

Gravity Dispense at the Four Candles, Broadstairs, 03/06/22 (post Ramsgate Bimble with Roger). Clear golden with an off white cap that clears to a swirl. Nose is airy malts, grass, melon, orange peel, straw. Taste comprises citric sherbets, melon, tangerine, grass, soft malts, peach. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness. Ok easy drinker but not their best hop work ... a touch restrained throughout.

Taste comprises orange peel, grass, stewed fruits, biscuit, hint of bread dough, straw. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow bitter edge. Ok easy drinking pale.

Nose is candied orange peel, soft malts, melon, light stoned fruit esters, melon, grass. Taste comprises orange pith, melon, tangerine, bread dough, grass, citric tinged straw, grapefruit whisper. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Solid cask pale.

Cask at the Four Candles, Broadstairs/St Peters, 04/02/22. Clear golden orange with a decent off white crown. Nose is malt forward, caramel, biscuit, straw, orange peel. Taste comprises biscuit, grains, bitter orange, light candied fruits, citric tinged straw, light pine nip. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spiked with mellow earthy hop bitterness. Decent.

Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close clouded with juicy hop bitterness. Solid cask pale.

Taste comprises light candied fruits, sweet notes, soft fruits, toasted grains, straw. light citric burst. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad.
