Draft at Brewerkz, Sentosa Boardwalk. Poured a hazy copper colour with a thin white head and lots of broken lace. The aroma is light woody hop, some citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth, light, refreshing light metallic hop bitter, light citrus, light sweet malt palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. I don’t get some of the earlier ratings. I’m no fan of Irish reds and mainly those that come out of Ireland, but this was light, refreshing and easy drinking. It was certainly a red ale I could easily drink on a session.

Tap at Brewerkz, Riverside Point. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin white head and lots of clingy lace. The aroma is grassy citrus hop, yeast, sugary malt. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth malt, grassy hop, light toothpaste bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lots of fruit. This is a beer that won’t let you forget that it’s standing there right in front of you!

Sampled from tap at Bierfestival Groningen 2016. Clear, golden amber with a tan to white head. Sweetish, fruity-resiny aroma of caramel, honey, mango and some pine. Sweetish, fruity-resiny taste of mango, caramel, honey and some pine, followed by a short, medium bitter, resiny finish. Medium to full body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Tap at Brewerkz, Riverside Point. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is orange citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a big hoppy bitter, citrus, light yeastie palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nice, but not the nicest single hop beer they have brewed.
