Tap sample at Brewerkz, Singapore. Hazy light amber colour, white head. Aroma is sweet, very spicy, banana and cloves. Flavour is sweet, banana, clove, firm hoppy dry bitter finish. Medium bodied. Nice.

Tap sample at Brewerkz, Singapore. Clear golden amber colour, white head. Aroma is flowery, light grainy, toasted malts, hoppy. Flavour is grany, light sweet, hoppy, flowery, citrus, firm bitterness, light fruity, dry bitter finish. Decent. Light bodied.

Tap sample at Brewerkz, Singapore. Hazy pink colour, no head. Aroma of wheat, grain, loads of plastic and rubber. Flavour is plastic, rubber, with just a hint of sour fruits. Very, very bad. Couldn’t finish the sample.

On tap at Brewerkz, Singapore. Deep dark brown to black colour, light beige head. Aroma of chocolate, cocoa nibs, hard roasted malts, light campfire smoke, hint of meat. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, chocolate, light smoke, some moccha/coffee, hard roasted bitter finish with some chocolate. Light to medium bodied. A quality offering imo.

A hazed amber IPA with a thin off white head. In aroma, doughy malt with light grassy hops, honey notes. In mouth, a sweet caramel malt, lightly vinous, some nice treacle, with a bit of funky hops signature. More barley wine than olde ale, very nice. On tap at brewpub, July 11, 2011.

A reddish copper ale with a thin lacing brown head. In aroma, load of banana ester cloves, light funk, some interesting catnip hops. In mouth, a smooth sweet fruity malt with banana, chocolate notes, wild grass, light hopping, niced interesting. On tap at brewpub, July 11, 2011.
