(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a very cloudy golden with a huge, white head. Fruity aroma with a flowery impression as well. The body is medium with a dry fruitiness and some bitterness in the end. Courtesy of highlandlad. 120207

Bottled. An unclear murky orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is weird with light spicy notes as well as oranges and herbs. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of herbs and spices, leading to a dry spicy end.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with a dusty hop note - very English in its expression. The flavor is sweet fruity, leading to a dry rather than bitter end. The body is thin.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a hazy, amber golden with an extremely lively head - shaving foam style - leaving huge lumps as it ever so slowly dissipates. Vaguely citric hop aromas. Medium body with some caramel malt and some incredibly dry and somewhat brutal hops that leave more bitterness than aroma. Not bad, just raw and unsophisticated. Courtesy of highlandlad. 050107

Comes in a clear bottle - why? A deep red beer with a huge brown head due to strong carbonation. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also lighter notes of smoke and oatmeal. The flavor is sweet combined with hints of acidity, and primary notes of oatmeal, leading to a dry end.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a beautiful, clear mahogany with a warm, reddish hue and a thick and frothy beige head leaving a pretty lacework. Sweetish malt aroma with a distinct, burned edge. Medium-bodied with rich and plenty notes of burned malt. Fairly bitter finish - mainly deriving from the malt. Excellent. Thanks to highlandlad for shipping me this wee treasure from Singapore via Sydney. 181106

Dark amber color. This nose is like a trip to the spice islands, garamarsala, cinammon and many I just can’t identify. The mouth is like a chinese stir fry cover with fried ice cream, though it somehow works. Sugar candy and chocolate finish. WOW, very different.

Bottle, vintage 2005, 6.5% ABV
Hazy amber color, poor head. Smells actually like a Belgian ale, with some spices. The taste unfortunately is much more like a poor homebrewed Belgian ale; it has just some malts, light spices (coriander), but the body is too thin, the carbonation is tickling the tongue, and the mouthfeel is odd.
