Some lemon and a little peel. Golden pour without much head. Light tangy lemon finish. Easy drinking, just not a ton going on here. Bottle.

Light cherry and some roast. Cherry isn't too large of an influence at least but the base stout just isn't that interesting. Black pour with ok bead. Light tart finish. Tap at Musa.

Keg at Canil, Lisboa, 24/03/22. Almost clear golden amber with a lasting just off white head. Nose is liquid fruit cake, booze, dates, prunes, caramel. Taste comprises fruit cake, caramel, sweet malts, dates, sugars. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Solid sipper ... perhaps lacking complexity for the ABV but decent none the less.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 33B: unknown - 28C - Wild). Bottle 37.5 cl - Batch 2 (Bottle ?/435) - BBF 08/2025. AROMA: medium-high sour aroma with some slight notes, medium-low cork, wood and low over-ripe citrus fruits. APPEARANCE: amber color and clear. medium beige head with average retention. TASTE: initial medium-low sour flavor with faint acetic notes. initial low wood note, slightly sweet and with a faint citrus fruits presence. low bitterness with a dry finish. MOUTHFEEL: light body with medium carbonation. slight alcoholic warmth. OVERALL: a barrel aged sour ale with interesting smooth flavours.

Color anaranjado con una espuma media y de retención media. Aroma: maltas ahumadas, miel y frutos secos. Sabor: bastante compensada con el ahumado bastante presente y un toque a miel bastante agradable. Casi no se notan los 14%.
