Draught @ Brique House Saint Andrez. Pours a lightly misty blonde, white head. Gentle smoky introduction on the nose. Flavour profile presents a pleasant smoky saison.. subtle but noticeable smoke, works well with a saison undercurrent. Good stuff.

Draught @ Brique House Saint Andrez. Pours a lightly misty deep amber red, white head. Fruity raspberry / blueberry nose. Has a definite vegetal side offset by pleasant raspberry.. not much blueberry here.. very faint pepper on the finish. Ok, different.

Bottle. Color: Very hazy orange, white head. Aroma: Tropical fruit. Taste: Quite dense, over medium body. Just below average carbonation. Hoppy with a smooth malty background. Sweetish and bittery tropical fruit, like guave, overripe pineapple, grapefruit zest. I like the grapefruit-juice like density of this beer. Bonus point for that. Moderate sweet and over moderate bitterness.

Bière dégustée à la maison. Robe dorée limpide, fine mousse blanche, peu persistante. Nez discret mais agréable, avec une touche exotique et un soupçon d’agrumes. En bouche, c’est léger mais bien fait : pas de faux goût ni de sucre envahissant comme c’est souvent le cas sur ce type de profil. L’ensemble reste propre, rafraîchissant, bien équilibré. Un très bon compromis pour les moments sans alcool.
