A classical and rather smooth and light stout. You get a side of roasted malt, the coffe is rather discreet, in my point of view, there is a little side of licorice and mint at the final, watery, hop not that aromatic, not bad at all, 05.06.20, at Epalinges.

(On tap) Amber with small white head. Pleasant aroma. Medium body with good carbonation. Plenty hops from start to finish backed up with some nice toffee malt. Very good.

[33cl can at a restaurant in Auckland as Tuatara Evolution Interstellar IPA, same ABV and similar description.] A bright golden amber pour with a loose white head; citrus aroma; chewy malt body with some stone fruit; and a firm bitterness to finish. Very drinkable.
