Description
We first started Carnival in a kitchen in Liverpool after a fundraising event at the Clearview Carnival, 2017. It is where we met and started the journey of Carnival Brewing Company over a love of music and beer. Now here we are, developing our very own fundraiser for the future endeavours of Carnival.

Can from Grumpy Goat, Reading. Aroma is spicy, grainy... Rye. Cloudy brown. Thick fluffy foamy off-white head. Medium bitter rye with a big sweet caramel edge. Spice. Berries. Gets quite tangy. Light-medium bodied. Slick verging on creamy. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Enjoyable stuff.

Can. Viva Ukraine! Light haze on this paleish yellow gold beer, big white head. A suitably saline limey nose. Airy and fairly dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Good lime delivery, no feckin scurvy here, a little lime peel and lime sweet s, some floral lime and a touch of acid lime. Good salinity carries over from the snout and blends well with the multi layered lime. Dry and limey finish. Oh for a better palate, a bit thin and too dry but delivers good fruity intensity.
