Bottle from Beautiful Beers, Bury St E. Aroma has coffee and Oveltine with a restrained vinous streak. Cloudy/muddy dark brown. There's a creamy tan head but it's barely a mm thick. Sour. Vinous. That facet remains throughout. However There's an underlying milky coffee and watery sugar underbelly. It's into the finish where the chocolate sweetness gains intensity. Light-medium bodied. Thin creamy mouthfeel. Average carbonation. Long astringent finish. A smooth mild which is perked up by the brett.
