Keg at Handsome Prince, Cambridge. Pours deep brown with a beige/tan head. Toasty malts, mild coffee, charr, grapefruit pith. Light to moderate sweet with a prominently bitter roasted malts finish. Medium body with soft carbonation.

3/5/2026. Bottle at the ITFC Promotion Party (2026) beer share. From Beautiful Beers, Bury St Edmunds. Pours okay. Aroma is fruity, nettles, funky, citrusy, chalky, pear. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a slight sour edge. Veggie and potato starch notes. Moderate body, foamy carbonation. First Artefact beer I’ve struggled to enjoy.
