Sample, many thanks to Grumbo for this! Misty pale yellow appearance. Aroma of bittersharp apple fruit, floral lemon. Taste presents a gentle carbonation, medium dry character with mellow barnyard funk, light sulphur, tight tannins with some moderate apple juice and floral lemon glimpses. Not bad.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of muck. Taste is apple, tart, tangy, with mucky funky notes and some earthy tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK.

330ml bottle, thanks to grumbo! Generally clear golden yellow appearance. Light body, gentle acidity with mild citrus fruits. Fairly dry overall but with a nice fruit presence.

330ml bottle courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear pale golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, slight mucky hint. Taste is apple, fruity, sweetish, mellow, light citric acidic, with alittle tannin. Medium bodied, low to soft carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

10/10/2020. Bottle at the Boojum&Snark Craft Beer Festival, Sandown. Pours clear pale golden with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is green apples, citrus, light sulphur, tannic and mucky notes. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, fizzy carbonation. Sharp drying finish. Not bad but not a patch on Spell Unker.

Bottle: Poured a murky yellow with white head. Aroma is funky barnyard apples. Taste is mushed apples, tannins out the ass, funky, carbonated a bit. Not my cup of tea.
