1/5/2020. Bottle bought at the brewery. Pours dark amber / brown with a creamy off-white to beige head. Nice looking pour. Aroma is malty, nutty, light chocolate, with some overripe and stewed fruits. Taste has a light fruity sourness, moderate sweetness and light bitterness. Average carbonation, not much body to it. Grew on me.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a coppery with off white head. Aroma is malty. Taste is light bitter and huge malt backbone. A real drinking beer.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, vegetables, light plastic - burnt plastic. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, big time plastic - burnt plastic (yeast), vegetables - cabbage water, pale malt - sweet malt. Bottle @ Corona Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are cooked vegetables, fruits, malt, hops and has a sweet malty finish.
