Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light sour notes with some light citrusy hoppy notes also noticeable. Taste is also a mix of kettle sour notes with some light citrusy hoppy notes. Body is light with good carbonation. Not bad but not overly complex either.

Bottle: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with some peppery yeast notes. Taste is a mix of light rustic malt with some hay notes with a peppery yeast finish reminiscent of Saison Dupont. Body is light with good carbonation. Very enjoyable with Dupont like yeast playing a huge role and good attenuation overall.

A blonde pils with a thin white head. In aroma, crisp German malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy Saaz hops, light mineral notes, light chalk, pleasant. On tap at L'autre oeil.

A deep dark brown stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with loads of coffee, mocha vanilla, very nice and fragrant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with coffee grind, musty character, vanilla, nice and sweet. On tap at brewery.

A deep golden ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with cereals, rye notes, resinous hops, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous herbaceous hops, light citrus, light pine needles, juniper, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
