My first from this new local brewery - 500ml brown bottle. Pours a hazy golden colour with a big white frothy head, great retention and thick foamy lacing. Yep, this is the Saison smell I love. Belgian yeast, citrus and grassy notes. Some spices, that also appears in the taste. The flavours are a tad more hoppy than usual, but the mouthfeel is not crazy dry. Just nicely dry. Citrus peel, but not much yeast in the mouth. Still, quite a nice start from this new brewery.
