Bouteille 500ml. Couleur brune trouble, mousse beige foncée, beaucoup de particules en suspension. Arôme de malt caramel, fumée, plastique fondu, pointe de pamplemousse. Goût fumée, malt caramel, pamplemousse, amertume moyenne-élevée. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen. Une IPA fumée, quelle mauvaise idée.

500ml bottle that pours a lightly amber colour with a golden highlight. Lightly hazy and off-white head, good stay and some wavy lacing. The berries are quite nice in the aromas. They show nicely in the taste as well for a low alcohol brew. No infection for this brewery, so a big plus on this one. Some nice dryness and hops in the finish. The fruits are very well used here.

500ml bottle that pours a slight hazed, deep amber colour with a mocha-coloured soapy head, decent stay and small patches of lacing. I get some light infection aromas to start with, so not really impressed. Then, the malts show up with some fruitiness, nuttiness, like apples, nuts and caramel. Even grass notes. A little infection shows in the taste, but not to ruin things. Some sweetness from the caramel malts. Some light dry-bitterness from the hops. Some toffee, some nuts. All a bit lighter than the smell. A nice try to include wintergreen from the forest, but not one I would have again.

Pours a hazy golden-orange colour with a frothy-soapy head, warm coloured with some good stay and thick patchy lacing. Fresh Amarillo hop nose with orange juices, Belgian Ale yeast and a light caramel base. The taste is mild all-around, as a 3.1% ABV should be, but the hops add some decent flavours. The finish is lightly dry because of this. A little orange peel is felt as well. The weizen side is not though. Still, a nice hoppy light brew.
