Lightly hazy, golden-amber colour with a warm-yellowish fizzy-bubbly head, mild retention and not much lace. Mineral water nose with some citrus-grassy hops and a touch of honey. The taste is milder, not a nicely balanced, kind of watery with some light hops, some fruitiness, some meh. Gets hazier at last pour. Nothing too bad, but nothing worth writing back home about.

Lightly hazed, light golden-amber with a pinkish hue. The head is white, frothy-bubbly, average lasting and decent lacing left. Cherry juice aromas with some sourness and prune notes coming out with time. Not puckering in the taste, but a good sourness that lasts a long time, and lingers. Mild cherries and other fruit juices in the flavours. Not a bad Sour Cherry beer, with the fruit being a little light, but the sourness surprising to compensate.

Lightly hazed, light golden-yellow colour with a fizzy-bubbly white cap disappearing very quickly with no lacing in site. A drying Sparkling-like aroma with citrus notes and a tad herbal. The same comes out in the taste, but watery as the alcohol content is low. Wet mouthfeel with just a little dryness, tart left. Gets hazier at last pour. Not a bad Session Brut IPA that is quite light, but refreshing somewhat.

Unfiltered a bit with tiny, transparent particles. A golden colour, frothy-bubbly white, average retention and some mild lacing spots. Lemon zest aromas with some yeast and hints of orange juice. Quite surprised with the taste, blending nicely the lemon peel, herbal notes and better tasting yeast - almost Belgian-style. Refreshing mouthfeel with well-balanced dryness for an ale. A very nice hazy, juicy Blonde Ale that gets better as it pours.

Dégustée en Janvier 2023. Dorée pale et bien floue, elle développe une mousse de taille moyenne assez stable. Notes d'agrumes assez intenses et unidimensionnelles. Complexité déficiente. Corps un peu trop mince.. Pas la meilleure NEIPA que j'ai dégusté.
