Brown bottle, 500 ml, purchased at Broue Ha Ha, savoured on August 8 2017; eye: Persian plum, semi-opaque, good sheet of beige head that turns into a thin sheet, slight lacing; nose: fruity, chocolate, light acidity, slight malt; mouth: fruity, light chocolate, light acidity, malt, slight cocoa, slight dusty, light chalk, finale in malt with light presence of acidity, medium-light body, average carbonation, slightly sweet, slick texture; overall: correct

Bouteille brune, 500 ml, achetée chez Broue Ha Ha, savourée le 8 août 2017; œil : prune perse, semi-opaque, bonne couverture de mousse beige qui se transforme en une mince couverture, très légère dentelle; nez : fruité, chocolat, légère acidité, très léger malt; bouche : fruité, léger chocolat, légère acidité, malt, très léger cacao, très léger poussière, léger craie, finale en malt avec légère présence d’acidité, corps moyen-léger, carbonatation moyenne, très légèrement sucrée, texture coulante; en résumé : correct

A hazed reddish amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of sugar beet juice, earthy character, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with earthy character, light mineral notes, light sugar beet, light bodied, boring. On tap at brewery.

A golden ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with light fruity esters, light honey, light treacle, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, a bit thin in body, OK. On tap at brewery.

A golden amber ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, light grapefruit notes, light mineral notes, very fruity. In mouth , a rather sweet fruity malt with light grassy resinous hops, light mineral notes, light curacao, pleasant but more Belgian than ipa. On tap at brewery.
