A hazed milky yellow IPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light tropical fruits, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, nice dank notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Accents de noisettes subtilement caramélisés et discrètes au nez.
Show de mousse typique d’une bière poussée à l’azote.
Mousse se maintenant de longues minutes sur le liquide brun et opaque.
Entrée de bouche légèrement chocolatée avec des notes de noisettes provoquant une grande amertume combinée avec des houblons feuillus et terreux.
L’azote apporte une texture onctueuse mais on s’attendrait à u peu plus de corps.
L’équilibre va vers l’amertume et les houblons.
On y manque la douceur maltée et un enrobage de saveurs caramélisées.
L’amertume est tranchante et excessive.
Aucun plaisir à boire cette bière.

Poured black in color.
Strong barrel nose. Tobacco, wood, roastedness, alcohol. Dry with dried fruits lingering.

A milk chocolate like stout with no head. In aroma, smells like nestle kwik, milk, vanilla, a tad of coffee liqueur, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with malt balls, vanilla, alcohol warmth, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A deep dark pink ale with a thick frothy lacing pinky head. In aroma, sweet fruity raspberry jam with light acidity, light Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice mix of tart and sweet raspberry jam, light acidity, Epsom salts, pleasant.
