A low off-white head on a dark caramel body. The aroma combines maple syrup and roasted grain with so venous fruit. Roasted grain and maple are the order of the day in the taste profile as well. Plums and apples down there as well, but the taste is a touch on the thin side.

A red copper ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, light maple, OK. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with dark fruits, maple, alcohol warmth, light rum, OK. On tap at Champ Libre.

An amber DIPA with a thin creamy lacing off white head. In aroma, caramel malt with resinous hops, light treacle, OK. In mouth, a caramel malt with grassy resinous hops, light mineral notes, alcohol warmth, light butterscotch. On tap at Champ Libre.

A hazed blonde wit with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters and cloves, OK.

Clean golden colour with a frothy warm off-white head, decent retention and leaving some patches of foam lace. Big orange juice nose with the zest. Eventually, the hops come out grassier, blending with bitter peel feel. Then, a swirl away and haziness comes along, with big particles. These end up at the bottom. The taste is juicy with citrus notes, some decent bitterness from the hops that blend the zest and grassiness. There is something that kind of bugs me with the hops used here. Alright to try, but I have much better local NEIPA.
