Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color cider with low carbonation. Aroma of light apple and pear notes with hints of Chardonnay. Taste is a mix of light apple and pear notes with minimal residual sugar and a semi-dry finish with some oak and Chardonnay notes also perceptible with some light funky yeast notes. Not bad but not memorable either.

A hazed blonde cider with aroma light Brett, tart apples,,fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, a nice tart apple mix with light Brett, light lactic notes, light cork, nice and dry. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau été 2018.

Bouteille 500ml. Couleur dorée pâle à peine voilée, mousse blanche fugace. Arôme de Brett, pomme fraîche, pointe vineuse. Goût de pomme acidulée, pelure de pomme, acidité moyenne-faible, léger sucre en entrée de bouche (apporté par le Riesling?), finale plutôt sèche, Brett. Carbonatation très élevée, corps moyen. Délicieux!
