Cette bière sent bon et a une belle effervescence, mais en bouche, c'est très "râpeux" et amer. Le thym prend trop de place à mon goût, ce qui déçoit un peu.

A golden amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, treacle, pleasant. In mouth, doughy caramel malt with light menthol resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, treacle, pleasant. On tap at Bières et Saveurs 2018.
