Lcbo brew house 6er pack. Slightly hazy copper pour, small off white head. Musty cereals, musty grains, light grassy hops. Uninspiring. Regular mouth feel, regular carb. Finish is low on the bitterness, light yeast, grasses.... Barely anything going on really. Bland and boring.

Cloudy yellow pour bug white head. Aroma is very citrusy, with some decent pine resin. Solid mouth feel, carb is a little flat. Sweet cereals, citrus zest, light stone fruit, medium bitterness. Best mill street beer I’ve had in years.

Bottle in the summer sampler. Dark pink, light purple pour, with a medium off white head. Aroma and flavour are big on malted wheat, with some fruity tartness. Body with milky, and carb is good, to high carb. Finish is barely bitter with some slightly buttery berries.

750ml swing top, dipped in wax, from the lcbo. Clear Copper pour, small beige head. Sweet beady malts, lots of Candi sugar and yeast.. Fruity and extremely sweet and cloying. Boozy, sweet, wet paper, over the top yeast, bready malts.... Jesus this was awful.

Cask days 2015. Listed as a barrel aged ipa. Very woody aroma, lots of sweet, bready malts, with some sweet, syrupy orange zesty hops. Mouth feel is good, carb is good. Finish is sticky, lots of orange zest, and caramels. A woody, earthy, sweet ipa.

Seriously.....a wax dipped swing top, come on! This screams carbonation issues, and sealing issies. Sure enough, my beer was flat. Well done mill street. Dark copper, zero head. Aroma is the regular tankhouse but sweeter. Super earthy hops, wood, grass, and so,e orange rind. Malts are sticky, and bready, and very sweet. Mouth feel is thin, and the beer is stone cold flat. Fimish is boozy, and sweet, with big earthy notes. Its just a boozy medicore tankhouse.

Hazy yellow pour, with a medium white head. Really nice fruity Aroma, some berries, light citrus and light yeast. Some subtle spice and herbs. Nice mouth feel, good carb. Finish is lightly bitter with a nice lemon zest punch, and some light fruit. Impressive, best mill street beer I’ve had in years.

Another brew using ginger. Why do breweries use it as an ingredient? It’ totally dominates and just tastes like any other ginger beer ever made. I can’t taste anything other than ginger. Meh. It’s earthy and pleasant, but not my bag.
