Can with code BSA25327, drunk 3/9/26.
No diacetyl like their pilsner had, and it smells fairly hoppy, if a bit on the older, more boiled style. Vegetal, hints of pine, but for some reason not altogether not compelling. Malts are sparse, showing light cracker and biscuit. Maybe not too far off from most mediocre WC IPAs these days. Clean, at least, with only a touch of wort and no oxidation.
Galaxy-like bitterness, though not really much in the way of Galaxy flavor. Some light chalk/earth and a bit of pine, but none of the tropical fruit (or extremely little, if so). There is some diacetyl in the flavor, which seems inherent to the yeast strain, not a canning infection. I kinda love it, and it adds a round butteriness that helps add some mouthfeel. Lingering hop bitterness, an actual malt/oat texture (no thin, seltzer-like flavors) and a good deal of yeast-derived fruitiness. If they can get a bit more fruitiness and expression out of the hop, they'd really have something here. As is, the round, surprisingly deep texture is more than enough to make it highly enjoyable, where so, so many NAs are thin, watery, seltzery stuff.

Can with code BSA25296, drunk 3/5/26.
Wheat, orange peel, light, fruity, Belgian esters and some orange pulp. Clean, aromatic, crisp and pretty authentic. I mean, I don't expect them to use actual whole citrus fruit, but it's not a cheap or sugary syrup or anything. Like their sours, it's like the next best thing to whole fruit/puree.
Same in the mouth and the extra wheat goes a long way here, giving it a nice, fluffy, chewy texture with pretty standard and well-done witbier characteristics.

Uh oh, that's A LOT of diacetyl! Weird. Not really sure why there is still some fermentation going on (it definitely doesn't seem like infection diacetyl, but mid-fermentation diacetyl rather). Maybe there's enough residual sugar, but I'd think the centrifuging would remove most of the yeast? Who knows. Anyways, it's REAL buttery.
Buttered popcorn galore, some butterscotch and sweet malt flavors that give the answer to why this thing is fermenting. It's weird, but I have grown to enjoy diacetyl. Happily finished this whole can. Some mild hop character on the side, with a buttery, honey-like maltiness. Light-bodied but not seltzer-light, such as a lot of Athletic and Go Brewing beers are.

Can with BSA25231 on the bottom, drunk 3/3/26.
Like the other two sours I had from them (raspberry, and tropical), the beer character is a bit hard to get at, but there is a good wheat character and the fruit, if not exactly puree, isn't cheap and sugary. This one continues that trend, with a lemon-lime tartness in the nose.
Wheat and a very light body contest with honey-like notes and moderate citrus character. No sharpness, excess sugar or wort. But like the others, the tradeoff is that it tastes very San Pellegrino-like.

Another with soft fruit essence and big wheat vibes. Raspberry is pleasant enough if not wholly authentic (natural flavors or something like that. Not syrup, but also not puree). Low acidity, low sugar.
Similar in the mouth. Very wheat-forward with chewy, nutty, creamy, blandish flavors and lots of raspberry essence without the acidity or big flavors you'd associate with a puree or real fruit. Slight yogurt character on the finish.

Can with code: BSA25231 19:40EQ. Always important to take the time and effort to put a code on the bottom of your beer that doesn't make any sense to the consumer. Drunk 3/1/26.
I'll mostly echo what Oakes says. Certainly a fuzzy peach character in the nose that is not overly authentic. It says "Natural Flavors" but that could still be just peach extract/peach flavor, which is obviously what it is. No actual peaches harmed in the making of this beer. Candy-like, for sure, but also with the lactic acid mixing with it to give a yogurt-like quality.
Light, with peach essence and no syrup/sugar/sweetness that the aroma may have suggested. Soft wheat, not very chewy, leaving a very light body with low overall acidity. No wortiness, but also little resembling beer here. Just a mildly lactic beverage more resembling seltzer than anything. But not unpleasant, at least. The wheat does help somewhat.

J'ai été sérieusement et agréablement surpris par celle-ci. Toutes les qualités d'une IPA y sont, sans l'impression d'eau minérale que j'ai presque toujours eue dans les autres bière du style. Bref, c'était bon.

Decent raspberry notes, reasonably sour. Not that off NA scent. Nothing I’d drink regularly, but if I wanted an NA sour, this is good to go.

Pale, hazy, with a pretty big head. Kind of a candyish fuzzy peaches sort of aroma to it. Light acidity, again that artificial fruit taste. The fruit does gloss over a somewhat wheaty body. It's not worty, and that's probably the first time for me in a non-alc. It's not bad, but I don't imagine I'd choose it over a San Pellegrino, which is the risk of making a non-alc fruit beer.

Can. Hazy, slightly dull. Thin head. Worty aroma. Similar on the palate, worty with a cheesy hop character and moderate bitterness. Definitely would prefer more houblonic brightness on this one.
