(473ml can from the brewery) Why the brewery is selling 10 week old cans is beyond me, but hey... Pours lightly hazed deep gold with a thick white head and good lace. Semi-ripe mango and grapefruit peel, sweetened slightly with floral honey, biscuit malt, moderate pine/citrus resinous bitterness, a little light overall with some slightly old hops feel to it, semi-dry finish. Light to medium body, fairly soft carb, creamy-ish. Decent enough, especially given the age, but no more.

(473ml can from the brewpub) 10 week old can being sold at the source...WTF? Pours near-opaque deep gold with a thick white head and heavy lace. Notes of honeydew melon, floral tropicals like lychee, white grape, pale citrus, honeyed malt with bread, a bit tired on the hops unfortunately, mid-sweet finishing off-dry, floral, berries and melon, grassy light bitterness. Medium-bodied, smooth creamy carbonation, nice mouthfeel. Shame about these old cans, getting fresh Le Ketch in shops is a problem sometimes but it should not be worse at the brewpub!

(473ml can from the brewpub) ~8 weeks old when purchased which wasn't the best from the source but could be worse. Poured into an opaque mug so could only see a nice head and a deep gold sense underneath. Notes of lemon, grapefruit, papaya, pale melon, underripe mango, florals, light grass, softly honeyed malt as usual, semi-sweet finishing dry with a little green grassy bitterness. Medium-bodied, fairly creamy carbonation. Dull overall, partly age but also just not a very expressive hop profile here for some reason.

(473ml can from the brewery) Something like 3 months old when purchased from the brewery, which is wild, but felt like it held up better than the other cans that were slightly newer. Poured in an opaque mug but a nice full stable head and generally yellowish colour below. Notes of ripe/canned pineapple and peach, expressive florals, candied grapefruit, peppery citrus peels, softly sweet honey feeling less prominent than in others of the series, finishing off-dry with very little bitterness. Nice hop bill, would have liked to have this one a little fresher.

(473ml can from masoif.com) Pours opaque milky dark yellow with a thick white head showing good retention and heavy lace. Aroma is musky rich perfumed lime skin, semi-ripe mango, guava, ripe melon, earthy leafy matter, a bit dank, clearly both more ripe and more earthy than Early but with a more prominent perfumed/musky quality to it as well. Flavour follows the nose, ripe guava, rich lime peel, papaya, some mango/peach ripeness, cantaloupe, malt is retiring again but with more apparent sugar than Early (that is just impression from hopping differences I believe), clean lightly fruity yeast, earthy leafy dankness building into the finish which is fairly dry, musky tropical fruit, rich lime peel, some grassy bitterness and a little citrus pith, fairly light but more bitter than Early still, just a touch of 'greenness', lingering guava in the aftertaste. Medium-plus body for style, really creamy, softly carbonated. Certainly deeper/richer than Early but both are delicious in their own way, informative about hop cultivation but also outright good NEIPA.

(473ml can from masoif.com) Pours opaque milky dark yellow with a thick white cap showing good retention and lace. Aroma is dank lime candy, white grape, sweet pale citrus as well, quite herbal and a touch menthol-like, softly peppery without any garlic component, nice saturation. Flavour is lightly sweet, creamy lime, slight coconut, white grape, custard apple, honeydew melon, mint-like herbaceousness, again a touch peppery but no green onion, malt body is very retiring, clean lightly fruity yeast, drying finish with lime, fresh herbs and a little creamy coconut. Full-bodied for ABV, creamy soft carbonation, really nice mouthfeel. Bright, semi-juicy, classic impression of Motueka for me as a lime-and-herbal hop that doesn't dive deep into the ripe tropical tones so common in IPAs today. Excellent brewing, need to have more Le Ketch (but the number of good IPAs out there now in QC distort is overwhelming at this point).
