A hazed golden gose with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light algae, light mineral notes, light lemony notes. In mouth, a nice lemony malt with light algae, light mineral notes, nice. On tap at pit caribou Montreal.

Cette bière est excellente! Les houblons choisis sont un "match" parfait selon moi. Ça a du corps, ça me rappelle certaines bières ayant subi un "dry-hop" d’Equinox, mais ça tire plus du côté d’une IPA Belge à mon humble avis. Finale un peu savonneuse mais ok pour le style. On achète à nouveau? Certainement!!!

Burnt toffee with a hint of smoke in flavor. As it warms, some nice caramel comes out.

Bottle: Poured a dark hazy murky beige color ale with a relatively small foamy head with limited retention and no lacing. Aroma of coriander is quite dominant with light wheat notes also perceptible. Taste is dominated by large of coriander, some residual sugar notes and light notes of wheat malt. Body is full with limited filtration and average carbonation. I liked witbier with lots of spiced character but this one was somewhat out of balance and lack carbonation.

La vanille et le caramel sont présents au nez. En bouche, c’est fumé, boisé et le miel est perceptible. Il y a une certaine amertume que je pourrais qualifier de vineuse en finale, de même qu’une belle rondeur.

Petite nouvelle de ce brasseur qui est plutôt terreuse au nez. En bouche, on perçoit les tanins et une certaine amertume. Des fruits foncés et la torréfaction sont bien agencés. Bref, je l’ai bien aimée celle-ci!

Plus une rousse bien amère qu’une IPA selon moi... Elle sent les bonbons et les biscuits, ce que je trouve plutôt agréable. C’est très peu effervescent et l’amertume pourrait être mieux intégrée...
