O : Forts arômes de mandarine, de mangue, de fruits tropicaux sur un léger fond de banane et des accents légèrement boisés. V : Une mousse tenace, épaisse et crémeuse sur un liquide orangé et flou. G : Festival tropical en bouche avec mangue, mandarine, un léger pamplemousse, mais surtout, des notes de banane et de boisé issues de la levure qui se marient superbement bien avec la base maltée sucrée. Une toute légère amertume de zeste s’accompagne de subtils conifères mais dans l’ensemble la finale reste mi- sèche. C : Corpulence dodue, texture bien douce, elle ne présente à peu près pas d’âpreté et son effervescence est très juste. G : Moi qui n’est pas un grand amateur de NEIPA, je dois dire que celle-ci se démarque par sa complexité, sa douceur et son goût unique apporté par la levure Kveik.
