75cl bottle, 2019 vintage, cantina Recchiuti. Pours elegantly red, fairly transparent, with no foam. Aroma is red fruits, watermelon. Body is fairly thin, with limited carbonation. Taste is moderate sour, elegant. Final is kind of thin, but with some cheese feeling coming up.

lattina 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore giallo oro torbido, al naso cereali luppoli note citriche ed erbacee, in bocca è fruttata malto cereali agrumi, astringente, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro leggero.
