Description
Il Microbirrificio Opperbacco nasce nel 2009
grazie alla volontà e alla caparbietà del Mastro Birraio Luigi Recchiuti.

Il birrificio è a Notaresco. Incastonato come una gemma tra i colli Teramani, abbracciato dal Gran Sasso da un lato e dal Mare Adriatico dall’altro con, uliveti, vigne e frutteti a fare da cornice.
L’intero processo produttivo si svolge all’interno di una vecchia stalla riadattata e attrezzata per laproduzione di Birra.

Bouteille 330ml. Couleur jaune-orangée trouble, mousse blanc cassé. Arôme de houblon résineux, malt, un peu poussiéreux, floral. Goût de malt, houblon résineux, amertume moyenne-élevée, pointe de pamplemousse, poussiéreux. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen-dense.

Bottle from kestral, thanks! Blonde, hazy. Vanilla, and floral citric hops in the aroma. Floral hopbitter, slightly perfumed flavor with citrus, vanilla. Very tasty, well balanced, maybe a bit too perfumed.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, torbida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note citriche, floreali, di camomilla, uva, vinosa. In bocca è acida medio-leggera, bilanciata, fruttata, leggermente tart. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Buona.
