Il Microbirrificio Opperbacco nasce nel 2009
grazie alla volontà e alla caparbietà del Mastro Birraio Luigi Recchiuti.

Il birrificio è a Notaresco. Incastonato come una gemma tra i colli Teramani, abbracciato dal Gran Sasso da un lato e dal Mare Adriatico dall’altro con, uliveti, vigne e frutteti a fare da cornice.
L’intero processo produttivo si svolge all’interno di una vecchia stalla riadattata e attrezzata per laproduzione di Birra.

lattina 33 cl, schiuma bianco sporco fine media persistenza, colore giallo arancio torbido, al naso ananas pesca sciroppata frutta tropicale intenso miele resina, in bocca è succosa pompelmo caramello uva ananas pesca, corpo rotondo, carbonazione moderata, astringente, dolce con amaro accentato. Molto buona. c. Cantina della birra 20.09.24

Slim 10oz can at Johnny's off license. Thin orange, basically no head. Nose is new world, papaya and melon. Sherbet. It's a bit muted. Flavor of papaya and persimmon and pineapple. Fruity and off dry.

Slim can, maybe 10oz? Clear gold, creamy white head. Nice nose, doughy and grainy, honey. Really bang on and true the style if not from the region. Doughy, grain, honey, flowers. Creamy finish is icing on the cake.

Bottle 0.33l from trade with boys from Luppolo 12 in September 2021, many thanks! Almost clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- wild and funky, a bit sharp, white grapes. FLAVOR- smooth, very nice aged character, slightly sweet, moderately sour, lightly bitter, funky, grapes, muscatel, flowery, spicy hops. Medium bodied. Delicious!
