Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua arrivano note di miele, cracker, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie, frutta passita, uvetta bagnata nel rum e mandorla fresca.

Tap. Cloudy and light amber color with a white head going away fast. Nose is a great blast of apricot jam, lovely. Mouth is silk, sourness is silky and smooth on a carpet of apricot. Lime-led finish. Beautiful.

(Draught at La Tana, Brussels, 18 Oct 2023) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of peaches, citrus, bread and herbs. Fruity, slightly tart taste with citrus, yeast, peaches and unripe pineapple. Low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Spicy and herbal, with lots of tropical fruit. Very nice.
