(500ml bottle from the LCBO, BB 6/16) Definitely well past it's stated best before date. Nearly black pour with a big pale tan head. Notes of acidic roasted dark malt, a little caramel, burnt nuts, soft vanilla, oak, subtle cacao, a bit of dark fruit, subtle salt liquorice, light green hoppy bitterness. Lightly sweet turning to fairly dry, a bare hint sour, astringent and roasty with moderate bitterness. Fairly thin body with average carbonation, no alcohol. For an old bottle this held up very well, not showing many overt signs of oxidation. Reasonably pleasant old school imp stout feel, not the easiest to drink but still pretty well-brewed.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, caramel, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, spices, and hops, leading to a dry finish.

Dark golden with off white head - Sweet arom with malt and dark fruit - Malt body that has sweetness from dark fruity flavour and there is some small yesty notes in the back - The malt and sweet dark fruits with hints of yeast goes into the finish - This was good

Thanks. Sampled draft. Dark brown. Nose is cacao, vegetable, soy umami, roots, bark,… Taste is umami, gravy, plastic, bark, soy sauce, herbal, roots, soy sauce,… Body is umami, roots,… Not really my thing. The first version of this apparently had snus, iew.

Thanks. Sampled draft. Orange hazy, small white head. Nose is unpleasantly oily, corn, BE, vegetable. Unpleasant oily big chilli burn, vegetable, corn, extremely hot but the problem is the vegetable, oil, sunflower, taste,… Oily rubbish.

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Pitch black with a thin tanned head. Roasted aroma with liquorice, caramel malts dark malts and a slight burn from the chillies. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes sweet and spicy. Well...

Bottle@Lars place - Dark brown to black with beige hesd. Sweet and toasted malty, slight roasted with notes of chocolate and caramel, with some burnt malty and chilli notes, medium body, roasted malty with some slight chilli heat into the close.

Bottle@Lars place - Orange pour witn white head. Sweet malty and fruity with notes of citrus fruit, some stewed orange notes, pale malty backing, hoppy and light bitter into the close.

50cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange. Small white head. Aroma is toasted malt. Slight fruity. Light floral. Mild sweet. Mild toasted and slight fruity hoppy finish.
