Botella 33 Cl del Munchen Valladolid tomada en Valladolid 22..03..2019. (r97) Color negro intenso con espuma beige oscuro persistente. Sabores intensos maltosos y cereales tostados torrefactos con toques de cafés secos y suaves cacaos. Toques de maderas alicoradas, recuerdos de bourbon. Cuerpo medio a intenso con con bastante sabor, no mucha densidad, fina en boca. Espumosa y algo seca al final. Bastante buena, para repetir.

Caña en el Munchen Valladolid 12..02..2019. (r09) última caña del barril. Color negro con fina capa de espuma beige persistente. Sabores maltosos y cereales con suaves especiados. Suaves cafés algo secos. Levaduras Cuerpo ligero a medio fácil de beber algo seco al final. Cierta aspereza. Normal.
