Light body, soft carbonation. tastes spices, grassy, cider, apples, tobacco. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grassy, cider and earthy notes. Ok, not the biggest fan of this one

Draught at Il Santo Bevitore, Venezia. Cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- mix of overripe fruit, especially tropical fruit and citruses, malt, meadow grasses. FLAVOR- dry, moderately bitter, citrusy, tropical fruit, meadow grasses, oats. Medium bodied.

21/6/2025. Can at Saint Patrick 133, Barletta. Shut Up this is my 50th beer and 28th new brewery on this visit to Italy. And it’s a good one. Pours slightly hazed deep amber brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is malty, bready, caramel, toasted, dried fruits, plum, date. Very nicely balanced sweetness and bitterness with a good body. Average carbonation. Served a little too cold initially (can says serve at 7-9 degrees) the aroma and flavours really developed as it warmed.

On tap at Il Santo Bevitore, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is a full-on lacto bomb, with passionfruit and mango upfront, backed with the usual yogurty stuff. Flavour is juicy, with plenty of mango and passionfruit, but the yogurty character from the lacto takes over. Another crappy fruited kettle sour.

On tap at Il Santo Bevitore, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has some musty farmhouse notes, hay, and some buttery notes. Flavour is much the same, with a sort of buttery Chardonnay character (not quite diacetyl), hay, and rustic farmhouse notes. Finishes dry and bitter with little depth. Meh.

Bottiglia. Sentori di orzo, luppolo e citrico. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. La parte liquida si presenta di limpida. La frizzantezza si presenta medio-fini. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sulla lingua si attestano impressioni di miele, luppolo, erba, agrumi e limone.
