Can (BB 01/2007)
Very pale yellow, small firm creamy head. Grassy, vomit-like strange vegetable nose. Unexpensive grassy hopping, newspaper (with ink). Cheap, to be avoided (I wonder if this is more "enjoyable" from fresh keg).

Canned. Pale yellow colour, minor head. Aroma of cooked vegetables, hay and puke. Flavour is rubbery malts. This is the most horrible beer so far today. Stay away. Salty aftertaste.

Bottle. pale golden beer with a thin white head. Fruity/grassy hop aroma. Earthy hop flavor with some malt backing. Dry finish. Not as good as it sounds.

A brown beer with a thin light brown head. The aroma is sweet with a distinct nutty character. While the flavor is malty with a roasted character blended with notes of nuts, but I find the body thin inspite of the 6.5% ABV. Thanks Alex (fiulijn) for bringing this to Denmark.

(Bottle 66 cl) Pilsener golden with a small, white head that quickly collapses and completely vanishes. Slight flowery nose. Decent malty body and a rather pronounced hopppy bitterness. If it wasn’t for the added corne one could take this for a classic German pilsener. 200705

Mahoganey colour with minimal head. Aroma of molasses, toast and brown sugar. Fairly full body with long, toffeeish malt notes and a hint of earthiness imparted by the dark malts. Simple but effective structure, with enough richness to keep me interested.

Canned. Pale golden with rich head. Corn aroma. Rather sweet and rounded, light bodied. Low bitterness. Plain, but decent for an adjunct lager.

2009-09-21, draught at Eataly, Bologna, 6-4-7-3-14=34
Dark amber to brown color; small head. Delicate caramel aroma, Medium body strength, with good caramel flavor, compared to the bottle it’s less round and has some more chocolate touch. Correct bitterness; in the end it’s possible to find some residual sugars, also the chocolate is more evident. Solid.

Dark brown color; medium creamy head. Aroma of mildly roasted cereals, and slight oxidisation; caramel. Medium body, strong caramel flavor, dry, with roasted nuts; correct bitterness. The final is more mouthfilling, and round. Not powerful but complex enough, and well brewed.
2003-10-20, bottle, 7-4-7-3-13=34
Dark amber color. Quite strong aroma: malt, unmalted grains, bran, paper, cane sugar. Round mouthfeel, with a strong presence of caramel; some malty sweetness at the end, before the bitter final.

Blond color. Very simple, quite watery; dry and bitter enough; not interesting.
