Keg at BrewDog Shoreditch - London. Pours unclear golden brown with a dense, creamy tan head. Dusty toffee in the aroma, some toasted grains, hints of wheat, caramel. Light-medium sweet flavor with mild earthy bitterness, toasted toffee, more grain, berries. Medium bodied with average carboantion. Finishes sweet but the flavours are a bit muddled. Some leathery berries, wheat, toast. So so overall.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Aroma of puke and old Parmesan. Taste is sour, hints of lemon juice, a touch of elderflower, again some Parmesan in the finish. Well, you wouldnโt really expect that Parmesan note in a beer, but itโs the better associative alternative if you at least are interested in tasting "something" rather than materialising the puke idea on your own.

330ml bottle. Darkest brown colour with deep, ruby red glimmer and average, thick, frothy, almost fully lasting, moderately lacing, beige to tan head. Milk chocolately and fruity aroma, notes of red berries, raisin, plum, some roast. Taste is moderately bitter, roasty dark malty, notes of dark chocolate, some liquorice, subtle sweetness with a touch of treacle, dry hints of red berries and corresponding parings, a touch of plum; lasting bitter finish. Rich and complex, very intense - superb Stout.

[9/24/15] Bottle sample at the pre-Borefts tasting at ABC Beers in Den Haag. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Black with a tan head. Aroma of chocolate, dark fruits. Sweetish flavor with roast, chocolate, some dark fruits, and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied.

Bottle from BottleDog, Edinburgh. Hazy chestnut body with a dense off-white head. Good lacing. Aroma of autumn leaves, smoked malts and cheese. Flavour of tea, toffee, plum and a touch of soy sauce. Medium body with a creamy texture. Soft fizz. Paired well with my bbq beef Hula-Hoops.
