5th June 2010. On tap at the Blind Pig. Hazy amber beer. No head and zero carbonation! Sigh! Tea flavoured malt. Some fresh hop but it’s a bit apologetic. Absoloutely no carbonation at all. A fail!

bottle in hotel room ... hazy yellow and a huge huge foam white head ... light zezty fruit nose ... little zezt in finish ... some bitter caramalised peel... light soapy lime ... definitly over fizzy

Dark brown color. Delicate chocolate, coffee and dust aroma. Weak body, but good, dry chocolate flavor, roasted malt; correct bitterness. Dry final, a bit ashy again. Correct brew.

Draught at Italian Beer Festival 2010
Cloudy blond color. Herbal aroma, rosemary and heather, light smoked sausage. Ordinary Ale, with malt flavor, light residual sweetness and quite bold bitterness.
The delicate smoke touch is pleasant, the herbal touch should be avoided.
Somehow it manages to be pleasant.
