Burk från SB. Ändå lite synd, en sådan här dryck borde bueljeras. Mahognyfärgad kladdig vätska med lågt skum. Fin kryddig doftdär grappa möter portvin. Söt och kraftfull med värmande alkohol. Koncentrerad torkad frukt, dadelsirap, portvin, fat, kryddor, grappa. Elegant och komplex och riktigt gott. Unik. Jag tänker på Struises pannepot men frågan är om inte det är ännu bättre. Riktigt gott.
