Can. Clear amber, a 3/2cm white head. Shyish citrus and pine aroma with bread, some tropical fruit, forest berries. Rounder and more expressive in the taste with lots of berries, less citrus, peppery pine that lightly grips towards the fairly bitter finish. Nice balance involves everything. Pretty good.

Can. Very dark brown, 2cm beige head settles to less. Aroma of stone fruit, mango, pine needles, toast. Silky. Some toasty and caramel elements to the malt but really very fruity until an oak tinged bitter finish. Less pine than guessed from the aroma. Pretty good.

Can. Almost opaque orange with a loose white head that's soon gone. Shy grassy aroma with hints of tropical fruit, crackers. But tropical fruit, spices and a little citrus show up fine in the taste. Light bodied and cleaner than I'd guessed with a peppery & moderately bitter finish.

Can. Dark brown with a good cm of beige head. Aroma is fruity with orange, melon, some stone fruit, (unfilled) Bourbon biscuit. So it tastes - dryish but very fruity with dark biscuity flavours not pushed all the way into the background. Modest bitterness. Good stuff, just shades their Black as Your Heart.

From a 375ml can on 15/2/2024. Pours a clear deep golden with a smallish head. The nose features tropical fruit along with some herbal notes. The taste is sweet and tropical, with some grape in the mix, and some hints of caramel malt. Has a mild tangy bitterness at the back. The palate is slick and a touch syrupy, with moderate carbonation. Perhaps not all that memorable but very enjoyable.

From a 375ml can on 18/1/2024.Pours an opaque deep golden with a medium head. Has a relatively muted sweet fruity nose. There's definitely more character on the sip, with heavy mango, orange cordial and punchy citrus zest, with a sharp, decently bitter and slightly boozy finish. Has a slick palate and moderate carbonation. An somewhat unusual sipper, but works pretty well and has a fair bit going on.

A bit of a confusing beer for me. I can't quite nail it down. In the aroma, I get cinnamon, ginger bread, cola and vanilla. Although on one level I get a vanilla biscoff, I also get vanilla Coke. It does have a big creamy mouthfeel and I certainly give them A for effort but it doesn't quite work for me.
