Drunk while Palace 1-0 up ❤️v Liverpool could be 3-0 up! - nice medley of tropical and citrus fruit in play, getting notes of pineapple and lemon, grapefruit, some papaya and melon, oat and wheat infused substantial pale malty support, solid hoppy finish. Lovely.

21st September 2025
Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small but fairly persistent bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, a very mild dryness, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft pale malts, a smooth creamy sweetness. Soft pine into juicy hop fruits. Anchovy hops bring candy watermelon and berry fruits. Citra and Motueka bring up the back end with slightly ripe citrus and a little soft lime. Light and semi dry finish leaves a mild hop spice linger. Perhaps just a tad sweet overall, but that really is a nit pick. Interesting and quaffable dipa.

Can at home, 20th September 2025. Pours thick and black. Aroma is heavy sweet, chocolate, caramel. Taste is very sweet, chocolate and brown sugar, maybe wood notes and liquor. It’s alright, but far too sweet.
