Description
Conceived as a ‘nomadic’ project, The Beak has spent several years creating unfiltered, seasonally-inspired beer with friends at some the greatest UK breweries, including North Brew Co, Partizan, Beavertown, Burning Sky and Northern Monk. We've now laid roots in our hometown of Lewes in East Sussex, where we've built a 15-BBL neighbourhood brewery and taproom with a mixed-fermentation project and weekend street food canteen. Please come and say hi!

Can picked up at Art & Craft SW16 and drunk at home (03/06/2022) - hazy golden yellow with a white head. Juicy vibrant medley on offer here; nelson to the fore with lots of tender white grape juice and crushed gooseberries, some exotic and citrus fruity notes in support, soft sweetish malts and a solid hoppy finish. Another winner from Beak. Lovely.

Riverside Beer Fest 22. Aroma had stone fruit with a spicy edge. Hazy pale gold. Frothy foamy white head. Light-medium bitter followed by sweet stone fruit. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Fizzy-soft carbonation. Long dry finish. Nice but... yeah.
