750 ml bottle generously shared by csbosox. Pour is cloudy orange, with some ruby, limited whitish head. Aroma of sweet, honey ginger, very full. Some wild yeast and hay after it opens up. Taste is initially a sharp ginger, that transitions more into sweet honey malt, then the very long aftertaste has the grassiness. Some waxy bitterness. Quite a bit going on in this one, very expressive. Palate is medium, mouth coating. Spiciness is really the dominant story here. Thanks for sharing this rarity Chris.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear light orange color with a medium thin and fizzy white head that burns away rather quickly. Spotty rings of lace. Aroma of grainy malt and corn along with a bit of hops. Light body with flavors of mild hops, malt and a bit of fruit. The finish is subdued hops with a short earthy malt aftertaste. Just average overall.

Cask sample at the brewpub. The beer pours a mostly clear pale orange color with a medium and creamy ivory white head that dissipates slowly. Thin sheet of lacing on the glass. Aroma of subtle floral hops and earthy malt. Medium, smooth body with notes of resiny hops, malt and some dark fruit. The finish is soft and fruity with a short leafy hops aftertaste. Decent, but it makes me hope I can try it on the tower sometime.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a clear amber color with a thin and creamy white head that diminishes steadily. Spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma of lightly spiced hops, grass and citrus. Medium-bodied and moderately hoppy, with flavors of citrus and malt in the background. Notes of herbs and spices are present at times also. The finish is citrusy hops, leaving behind a light spiced aftertaste. Above average overall, and markedly different than their Swami IPA.

Sample at the brewpub. This beer pours a hazy light golden-amber color with a thin off-white head that burns away steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. The aroma is light grainy malt and mild spices with a touch of yeast. Light body with pale malt and light spices, with the rice character apparent in the flavor. The finish is mildly bittersweet with a short vegetal aftertaste. Hard to characterize, and while drinkable it is not overly enjoyable.
