We’re a small family run business making ciders of fine quality in the heart of Lincolnshire.
Chapel Sider is named after our first family home: ‘chapel side’, where we fell in love with britain’s native wine (cider), planted our first cider apple tree and made our first batches of cider.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 11/03/23. Clear golden with a moderate just off white covering. Nose is crisp apple, orchard wood, straw, tannins, apple skins. Taste comprises tangy apple, light smoke, apple core, vinous, earthy, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid kit.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear golden yellow colpured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, some candy apple, some spicy, lychee, tangy green apple, midget gems. floral notes.Flavour is composed of super dry, crisp, tcp, phenols, medicinal, lemon squeze, super crisp, Palate is crisp and tart, fine carbonation. Smoky finish.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Hazy orange gold colour, short-lived white head and aroma of mucky, apple, fruity, funky. Taste is sweetish, tangy, tart, apple, fruity fleshy, leathery, mucky, barnyard funk, with orangey citric notes, bittersweet, and drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, with orchardy funk, leather, spicy, woody, with orangey citric acidity and some earthy tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic & light tannic finish. Very drinkable.

Taste is tangy, tart, fleshy green apple, smoked wood, fruity, funky, leather, earthy, salty, with drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying salty tannic finish. Very drinkable.

Taste is slightly tangy & tart, apple, mellow, vanilla, wood, , red wine, barrel notes, alittle funk, with juicy citric and soft tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Balanced, nicely drinkable.

Sample thanks to danlo! Clear pale gold appearance. Aroma of spiced vanilla. Oily, slick on the palate. Taste presents a light acidity, soft tannic grip, moderately sweet apple juice, tart, some green apple hints. Nicely rounded. Ok.

1/10/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with minimal head. Aroma of sweet apple, caramel, touch funky, hint of clove. Moderate sweetness and medium tartness. Moderate body, oily watery texture, soft carbonation. Sweet apple pie and custard finish. Grew on me.

500ml bottle Manchester Cider Club 10Sep20. Golden colour, some initial fizz with no lasting head and aroma of mucky apple. Taste is slightly tart, fleshy apple, juicy, sharp, with toffee, caramel & vanilla notes. Medium bodied, low light carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
