BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, mucky funk. Taste is tart tangy, appley, citric fruit, zesty, with some funky notes, acidity and tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale golden colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of apple, woody oak, vanilla. Taste is tart, tangy, appley, fleshy, with oak, wood barrel, vanilla notes and some drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry oaky tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Hazed yellow golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of juicy apple, straw, funk. Taste is slightly tart, tangy, appley, some funk, with a minerally note and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Hazed yellow gold colour, short-lived white head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fleshy fruit. Taste is tangy, appley, juicy, with alittle skin & slight earthy funk, some light tannin and acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fruity, orange juice hint, with leathery funky notes, oak, wood barrel, smokey, and drying bittersweet earthy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry woody tannic finish. Well balanced, nicely drinkable.
