Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale golden colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of apple, woody oak, vanilla. Taste is tart, tangy, appley, fleshy, with oak, wood barrel, vanilla notes and some drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry oaky tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is tangy, appley, juicy, with alittle skin & slight earthy funk, some light tannin and acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
